One time is needed to get activate software for its life time but if system. But the ways of getting the activation key are two: 1) Online if system is having internet connectivity 2) Offline if system is not having internet connection and user wants to get activation key from support by mobile.

How I can get the activation key because in manual there is no topic for the process of activation key.

There are 2 ways of getting the activation key: 1) Online if system is having internet connectivity 2) Offline if system is not having internet connection and user wants to get activation key from support by mobile. Or just read the explanation given in the Activation & Registration screen and follow as such.

Is that possible to restore my family backup in using of trial use before getting activation key?

Yes. TOTAL Organizer is designed to work a trial version with full features. You can do restore your family backup even in the trial usage.
